Glee is an American musical comedy-drama television series that airs on Fox in the United States, and on Global and Fox Canada in Canada. Cheerleading coach Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch) will have a new love interest and will be running for Congress. A new recurring character will be introduced at McKinley High as Sue’s archenemy. The biological mother of Rachel Berry (Lea Michele), Shelby Corcoran (Idina Menzel), will be returning to teach at McKinley for as many as twelve episodes.
